The Candlelight Theatre Company was established way back in 1994 and we have been performing non-stop ever since.
We have a range of plots we perform, and have over 45 excellent professional actors in our cast to ensure the highest quality peformance, entertainment and intrigue.
We also perform ghost stories and childrens’ events – you can access those pages via the menu above.
Here are some photos, and testimonials from previous performances:
The Candlelight Theatre Company are a fantastic company, they are always on time, have great communication and are willing to work with us. All attributes are great as it provides the best possible working relationship.
Best of all the actors consistently produce terrific performances which our guests love.
All in all they are brilliant to work with and always produce great performances
The event was great – thanks so much for all your help organising!
The food was great, and plenty of it, and the venue was the perfect setting for the events that unfolded throughout the evening!
The actors were great – the perfect balance of interacting with us as ‘guests’ and some actual theatre, without us having to play a part.
The team loved it, and many have said that it is the best work event they have been to!
‘’The Candlelight team are an absolute pleasure to work with. I can say in all honesty that we booked our first murder mystery with a fair bit of trepidation, not knowing what to expect or how it would go down – but we had nothing to worry about. They are now so popular that customers book in months in advance and we’ve had to increase the number of people we cater for. They started out in the restaurant – now they take over the whole pub!
Probably more ‘Carry On’ than ‘Agatha Christie’, always a fantastic evening – we love them!!’’
“We have used Pat and her team for a number of years across our whole hotel group, and she has always surpassed expectation. Our guests absolutely love the performances and we would be happy to recommend the Candlelight Murder Mystery company to anyone looking to book”
